Here you’ll find the answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find the information you need here or on the rest of our site, please feel free to contact us anytime with your questions.
What kind of advertising specialty and promotional items does TSC provide?
Close your eyes and imagine the perfect promotional item. Got it? We can probably get it for you. Anything from the usual suspects like pens, mugs, huggers and tote bags to custom-imprinted apparel and electronics such as USB drives and even portable DVD players—TSC has the experience and connections to get you anything your budget will allow. The sky is the limit!
Can I search TSC’s promotional items online?
There are literally thousands of advertising specialty and promotional items out there. Why spend valuable time searching for just the right one yourself when we can do it for you? Simply contact us and tell us what you’re looking for and our team of knowledgeable and experienced professionals will get right back to you with a wealth of options.
Does TSC offer free samples of their promotional products?
As a rule, yes—but only depending on the cost and availability of the particular item in question. Unfortunately, we cannot always provide you with a custom-imprinted sample, but we can easily provide you with photos and mockups of the item with your logo as it would appear on the final promotional product.
Is there a limit to how many items TSC will warehouse for me?
Simply put: no. Every inch of our warehouse is available to all of our clients at no additional charge—no matter how small or large your inventory. If we need more space to store your promotional products, we’ll go the extra mile to find it. This service saves you the trouble and expense of storing your promotional items on site, thus eliminating the chance of product loss due to damage or shrinkage. Plus, our proprietary PromoTrac inventory management system makes it easy for you to manage the quantity and availability of all your promotional items and apparel from afar.
Will I need to purchase and/or install software to use your PromoTrac inventory management system?
No. TSC’s proprietary PromoTrac system is always available to you online. So you need not purchase or install software. We’ll provide you with a username and password, and you can log on to the system from any computer with access to the internet—at the office, at home or on the road.
How soon do I need to place my order?
That depends. Factors such as the level of customization and the availability of camera-ready art are crucial to determining a time line. However, most of our domestic suppliers require three working weeks plus shipping time to get an order to us. So a good rule of thumb would be to allow at least three weeks from order placement to final delivery. That said, we’ll always go the extra mile to accelerate your timeline if needed. So if time is running out, please contact us today.
What is “camera-ready art”?
Camera-ready art is mechanical art that has been output at 1200 dpi (generally the output of a good laser printer). More recently, camera-ready art has been defined as art that has been created in one of several computer programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Quark Express, Photoshop, and many others. In any case, art for reproduction should be "vector" art, which means that it can be enlarged or reduced without a loss in image quality. We recognize that art can be complicated, so we suggest that you contact us with any questions you might have. If you do not have camera-ready art, we will be happy to create it for you at a very reasonable cost.
Does TSC accept credit cards?
Yes, TSC accepts MasterCard, VISA, Disover and American Express credit cards.
What are TSC’s minimum order quantities?
Almost every item we recommend has a minimum order quantity. Additionally, there are usually price breaks at certain quantities such as 500, 1,000 and 2,500 pieces. We will always provide you with pricing for each quantity, as well as information about minimum order quantities once we have identified the items you’re most interested in. Apparel orders usually require a minimum of 12 pieces of a “like” item, such as 12 caps, 12 knit shirts, etc.
