5 Acquisitions in 4 Years
2020
TSC completed it’s first acquisition of Ice Blue Advertising in Katy, Texas, then owned by Lori & Chuck Littlepage. With strong clientele in the multi-family and manufacturing industry, this acquisition allowed TSC to expand it’s team and client roster.
2021
TSC purchased Lasting Image Promotional Products in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, founded by Rick & Linda Mann. Lasting Image had strong ties in the community and served it’s clients by offering in house print and embroidery services as well as warehouse and distribution. With the addition of Lasting Image phenomenal team, clients and services, TSC now provides in-house decoration for our clients as well as expanded print offerings.
2022
TSC completed it’s third and largest acquisition, DVL Enterprises known as MPG Tandem in St. Louis, Missouri. MPG was owned and managed by Dave LaRusso. The team at MPG tandem was full of unmatched talent and many great partnerships with clients spanning two decades.
2024
TSC acquired Perfect Promotions & More out of Apex, North Carolina in February 2024 founded by Susan McFadden and led by her son Stephen who is now TSC’s director of Vision and New Business. We believe Perfect Promotions & More’s creativity and innovation combined with TSC’s operational processes, and leadership will allow us to better serve our team, clients and communities.
TSC acquired Promotional Alliance, Inc. out of Shoreview, Minnesota in October 2024, founded by Steve Fangel who is now TSC’s Director of Sales - Minnesota. We believe Promotional Alliance’s longstanding commitments to serve their clients and communities combined with TSC’s capabilities will allow us to better serve and support our client partners for years to come.
