The man in the middle has a mustache, blue overalls, and is holding a camera. The man on the right is in a red shirt, light blue jeans, and holding a handheld device.

IN PRACTICE

What this looks like

900 employees. 8 products. One point of contact.

SITUATION

A global organization needed to run a high-visibility employee program across approximately 900 participants, 8 SKUs, and individual U.S. and international shipments. The buyer was an Executive Assistant to the Chief Transformation Officer — high visibility, short timeline, low tolerance for execution issues.

WHAT TSC
HANDLED

TSC connected the full workflow from PromoTrac pop-up shop and order capture through supplier ordering, decoration, warehouse intake, and global fulfillment. When product timing became uncertain, TSC fulfilled as SKUs arrived instead of waiting for the full order — keeping the program moving without pushing the coordination burden back onto the client.

OUTCOME

The client did not have to manage the shop-to-production handoff, supplier-to-decoration coordination, warehouse intake timing, or individual global shipments across recipients. The program ran. The client stayed focused on their meeting.
