Good news! We resolved a bug that was stopping reorder notification emails from sending when stock dropped below configured levels. Your alerts are now working as expected.
When reorder notifications are enabled, client admins who have requested them, along with the assigned account manager, will now be notified as soon as inventory falls below the set threshold so they can take action right away.
