What's New This Spring: PromoTrac v7.2

PromoTrac v7.2 is here! This release introduces new capabilities for personalization, logo selection, business cards, and international shipping, along with two new reports that give you better visibility into order activity and promo code usage. 

Updates include:

Personalization

On-demand products can now be personalized with custom text. On the product detail page, shoppers can enter their own text and select where they'd like it placed on the product. It's a great way to offer a more tailored experience without adding complexity to your store setup. 

Color-Based Logo Selection

Products can now be configured with multiple logo options that automatically change based on the color a shopper selects. For example, a red shirt can display a white logo while a white shirt displays a dark logo, so every product always follows your brand guidelines. 

When a shopper selects a color, the correct logo appears automatically. If no specific logo is mapped to a color, the system will fall back to a default. The selected logo carries through to the cart and order details, so what the shopper sees is what gets produced. 

Business Cards

A new business card ordering capability has been added to PromoTrac. Shoppers can create and manage business card requests directly within the platform, making it easier to handle these orders without the back-and-forth of a separate process. 

International Shipping

PromoTrac now supports international shipping using a third-party shipping account. If your team has employees or locations outside the U.S., this opens the door to getting orders where they need to go. 

Order Report

A new Order Report is now available in the Reports section. You can run it by date range and use it to review and analyze order data, including products ordered, quantities, and order totals. It's a quick way to get a snapshot of what's been ordered and when. 

Promo Code Transaction Report

A new Promo Code Transaction Report has been added, giving you visibility into promo code activity. Run it by date range or search by individual to see how codes are being used across your store.
