We're always working to improve the PromoTrac experience. Here's a look at some recent updates that make things work a little more smoothly for our shoppers.

  • Order receipts now reflect the intended recipient's name when specified, making it easy to confirm the order is going to the right person.

  • Full shipping addresses, including the second line, now carry through properly on submitted orders so deliveries reach the right location.

  • Promo code error messages now display correctly when a code is used on ineligible items. Note: promo code deductions themselves were never affected — this was a display issue only.
