The New Shop is Taking the Lead

We wanted to give you advance notice about an upcoming change to our shop experience.

In January, we introduced our new beta shop alongside the legacy shop. Until now, users have needed to click the beta button to access and browse the new experience.

Within the next two weeks, we will be making the new shop the default experience. This means:

• When you log in, you will automatically enter the ‘new shop’

• The legacy shop will still remain available through a button option

• Your ability to access the legacy experience will not be removed at this time

This change allows us to continue improving performance, usability, and future enhancements while still providing access to the legacy environment during the transition period.

We encourage everyone to begin familiarizing themselves with the new shop experience if you have not already done so.

Also, later this quarter, the legacy Admin experience will be retired. If you need assistance accessing reporting or functions you currently use in the old admin through the new admin, please contact us at ptteam@tscinc.net.
